Intellectual Output 4

The outcomes of previous intellectual outputs were included into the final guide. Guide’s language was designed to accommodate to the target group: the Generation Y members. The guide comprises of the information about the job seekers’ requirements regarding specific soft skills, suggestions on how to attain these skills and how to effectively use social media in order to promote your personal brand. This servese the purpose of our project: help the Generation Y  to find the right job in a right way which, in its turn, help to decrease unemployment rates in Europe. The below activities constituted the form the chapters of the guide and their consolidation produced its final version:

Activitiy 1

  • Creating the chapters of the Virtual Guide.
  • Virtual Guide chapters were written, edited and organized.

Activitiy 2

  • Designing and implementing the digital format of the Guide.
  • The Guide content was digitized. Its design and other IT-related operations were completed by Binyaprak which gave support to our project by offering us to use their website as the digital platform for Virtual Guide.
